By accessing or using PdfMod ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

PdfMod is a web-based PDF workspace that lets you merge, edit, annotate, compare, and track changes to your PDF documents from the browser. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to upload or process content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, that is unlawful or harmful, or that you do not have the right to use. You may not abuse, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service. You are solely responsible for the documents you upload and the rights to them.

5. Your Content & Ownership

You retain ownership of the documents you upload and the outputs you create. You grant us the limited rights necessary to store and process your documents to operate the Service. We do not claim ownership of your files.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PdfMod is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Keep your own backups of important documents.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or use the Service in a way that harms us or other users.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
